Psychologist, RSI, Chapel Hill, NC

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a highly experienced, committed, and versatile psychologist to work closely with our clinical leadership team, direct support professionals, individuals who we support, families, and other professionals.  We are considering part time and full time options.  Compensation to be determined.

The Psychologist is responsible for providing a variety of psychological services to individuals and groups throughout RSI, including assessments, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior and emotional support plan development, and participation in team planning to meet the unique needs of the individuals RSI supports.  The Psychologist provides training, leadership, support, consultation, and coaching to RSI staff on positive behavior and emotional support, teaching social skills, behavior analysis, and monitoring of plans for effectiveness and fidelity of implementation.  The Psychologist models and promotes professional, clinical and ethical values and standards, and upholds RSI’s mission and values while working in partnership with the individuals RSI supports, families, RSI staff, and outside agencies.
