Diagnostic Evaluations - Telehealth - NeuroClarity

LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST (PhD/PsyD) — TELEHEALTH DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS
NeuroClarity — remote, 1099 independent contractor

NeuroClarity is a telehealth practice conducting diagnostic evaluations for autism and ADHD across 45 U.S. jurisdictions: 43 states plus Washington, D.C. and the Northern Mariana Islands. We are contracting with licensed clinical psychologists to conduct these evaluations.

THE WORK
Evaluations follow a four-stage protocol: self-paced client intake, intake-driven assessment selection, a focused 90-minute secure telehealth session, and a comprehensive report with a formal diagnostic determination. A structured intake process identifies which assessments are indicated for each client, and the evaluating psychologist retains the ability to add other assessments on a per-client basis. The diagnostic determination rests entirely with the psychologist; it is not shared with the platform or with administrative staff.

We evaluate children and adults.

TERMS
Engagement is as a 1099 independent contractor. Clinicians set their own hours; there are no rigid clinic blocks and no in-office requirement, and caseload can be adjusted temporarily with reasonable notice. A competitive hourly rate is stated plainly and in writing before signing. NeuroClarity covers platform access, licensure reimbursement and PSYPACT fees in many cases.

SUPPORT
A dedicated care team handles intake, scheduling and family logistics. The platform organizes intake data, scores standardized questionnaires, produces pre-evaluation summaries, and supports report drafting with voice-note capture, so same-day report completion is realistic. Technical support is available during live sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Active PhD or PsyD licensure in a PSYPACT member state or a non-PSYPACT jurisdiction
- PSYPACT certification preferred but not required
- All experience levels considered, from newly licensed through 15+ years
- No specific ASD/ADHD diagnostic background required
- Multilingual clinicians are actively sought

Experienced clinicians can begin at a full caseload immediately. Clinicians earlier in practice complete a structured, self-paced curriculum covering the platform, multi-state practice rules and telehealth evaluation foundations, followed by live training and supervised practice before their first independent case.
