Who We Are

The Outpatient Autism Clinic is located within Riley Hospital for Children, which has been serving Indiana's children for nearly 100 years. Riley Hospital is one of the largest children's hospitals in the United States and ranked nationally as one of the top children's hospitals in the country.

Our clinic focuses on serving individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disabilities of all abilities and developmental levels. The Outpatient Autism Clinic is a diagnostic and treatment clinic serving families from around the state of Indiana and bordering states (Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio).

Who We Serve

Our clinic serves individuals from toddlerhood through early adulthood. Our primary presenting concerns are:

Our patients often have complicated presentations:

·         Medical complications (e.g., feeding disorders, childhood cancer, seizure disorders, mitochondrial disorders)

·         Differential diagnoses (e.g., ADHD, disruptive behavior, anxiety, intellectual disability)

Post-Doctoral Fellow Responsibilities

 Behavioral Therapy Services:

·         Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) focused interventions

·         Lead parent training

·         Conduct individual therapy using modified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques

·         Treatment planning focused on antecedent, behavior, and consequence

Assessment Services:

·         Conduct diagnostic interviews & observations

·         Consider differential diagnoses (e.g., ADHD, disruptive behaviors, Intellectual Disability)

·         Complete comprehensive evaluations when appropriate (e.g., IQ testing, adaptive skills, structured interviews)

Services We Provide

Our clinic provides families with comprehensive evaluations and ongoing clinical care for interfering behavior problems and skill deficits. We receive referrals from across the state for our complex diagnostic decision making and behavioral and medical treatment expertise. Services we provide include:

Diagnostic Evaluation – determine appropriate diagnoses and assess for ASD. Evaluation includes a semi-structured caregiver interview and child observation. Feedback, diagnosis and treatment recommendations are provided and family is connected to local supports and resources.

Comprehensive Evaluation – when additional information is needed, formal testing completed to assess ASD, ID, and other diagnoses. Includes ADOS, behavior rating scales, cognitive assessments, and assessment of adaptive skills.

Parent Management Training – address behavior problems and skill deficits through Applied Behavior Analysis-based parent training. This include antecedent interventions (e.g., visual supports, schedule changes), function-based consequences (e.g., planned ignoring, differential attention, positive reinforcement) and teaching replacement skills (e.g., functional communication, coping skills)

Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – address co-morbid diagnoses (e.g., anxiety, depression) in higher functioning individuals with ASD. Basic CBT is modified to meet the individual’s needs, drawing from a number of interventions such as Facing our Fears and ZONES of Regulation.

Medication Management – psychiatrists and psychiatry residents manage behavior problems through psychotropic medications

Autism Postdoctoral Fellowship - Stanford University

Stanford University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is offering an Autism Postdoctoral Fellowship for the 2022-2023 training year. The fellow will conduct initial evaluations, psychological assessments, individual and family centered therapy and group therapy with patients in the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Clinic. The fellowship will include training conducting diagnostic assessments using gold-standard instruments as well as providing evidence-based therapies and parent training including Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). Minor rotations in the general, anxiety and eating disorder clinics are available. Fellows may elect to participate in active clinical research projects and to complete a scholarly project during the year.

Stipends are $65,568 plus benefits. Start date is 9/1/22.  The University of Minnesota is seeking a psychologist or neuropsychologist to join our expanding interdisciplinary team specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of autism and related conditions. The University of Minnesota has an established autism clinic and research program and is committed to providing high-quality services that inform and are informed by research. We partner with other departments and colleges within the University on research related to early risk, medical comorbidities, transition services, and understanding autism prevalence. The position involves a scholarly track that may include research, grant writing, or training.

 This position involves an appointment in the Autism and Neurodevelopment Clinic. The majority of effort will be devoted to clinical services, with the opportunity to contribute to or develop research. The position is part of the University of Minnesota’s new center for clinical research on brain development, the Masonic Institute on the Developing Brain (MIDB).  About the Appointment:

 About the Division:

The Division of Clinical Behavioral Neuroscience is comprised of three sections: Pediatric Psychology, Pediatric Neuropsychology, and Autism and Neurodevelopment. All members of the Division are committed to research, often involving collaboration with faculty members in the Department of Pediatrics, or other areas of the University, to advance understanding of normal and abnormal neurological function. Because of the broad commitment to Clinical Neuroscience, we expect the Division of Clinical Behavioral Neuroscience to enhance all of its programs through the addition of new faculty members as well as the increase in service, educational and research endeavors over the next few years.

 Qualifications:

·         Ph.D. or a Psy.D. in clinical psychology, school psychology, or counseling psychology from an APA and/or CPA accredited program, internship training, and minimum 1-year post-doctoral training in pediatric psychology or neuropsychology is required.

The UC Davis MIND Institute Clinical Psychology Training Program and the Northern California Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND), which includes the California State University Sacramento (CSUS), is recruiting for one 1-year postdoctoral psychology fellow for the 2022-23 academic year who seeks to specialize in Child Clinical Psychology/Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. This is a combined clinical psychology and LEND fellowship program. Fellows participate in 75% clinical assessment and intervention for children with developmental and behavioral health concerns, and 25% LEND interdisciplinary programming, to include development of a leadership project, seminars, and community-based programs. Supervised experiences include consultation, assessment, and treatment of individuals from infancy through adolescence who present with neurodevelopmental concerns, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), developmental or cognitive delays, and comorbid mental health issues. Fellows have opportunities to provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and social skills training for children and adolescents. Postdoctoral fellows are hired by UC Davis and receive a gross stipend of $53,760 per year.

The MIND Institute is an internationally known leader in research and clinical care for ASD and neurodevelopmental disabilities (NDD) and plays a strong role as an innovative and broad-based center for educating and training the next generation of professionals in ASD/NDD. All of the 50+ faculty of the MIND Institute are hired through 1 of 20 academic departments and 5 schools at UCD and, thus, all have a commitment to and expertise in teaching and education.  

The LEND program is a graduate level, interdisciplinary, leadership program that aims to improve the health of infants, children, and adolescents with disabilities. CSUS graduate programs participate in the LEND and include faculty and trainees from the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology, Education, and Physical Therapy.  

Trainees and faculty from diverse professional disciplines participate in seminars, clinical work, community work and a project related to neurodevelopmental disorders in children. Leadership training is also an important component of this program. Postdoctoral fellows have the unique opportunity to learn in a collaborative and interdisciplinary setting during their postdoctoral training to develop discipline specific and interdisciplinary skills through work with their mentors and other specialists. Psychology Position - MIND Institute, Massie Family Clinic, Sacramento, CA

The UC Davis MIND Institute is a research and clinical center whose mission involves awareness, understanding, prevention, care and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs). We are committed to supporting children and families to address the challenges associated with neurodevelopmental disabilities and to do so in a manner that reduces disparities and ensures equitable access for members of our community. The MIND Psychology Division also houses Clinical Psychology Training Programs for doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows.

The MIND Institute is pleased to announce an opening for a full-time clinical psychologist in the Massie Family Clinic. The clinic primarily serves pediatric patients with neurodevelopmental disabilities (NDDs) and co-existing psychiatric conditions. 

We are seeking candidates interested in conducting neurodevelopmental/psychological assessments and/or providing evidenced-based anxiety treatment for pediatric patients with NDDs including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Experience in these areas is strongly recommended.

We are invested in recruiting candidates whose training and professional/personal experience align with our mission and enhance our efforts to create a diverse and inclusive environment for our staff, our patients, and our local community. Experience evaluating and supporting gender-expansive youth is a plus. 

Evaluation Responsibilities:

The psychologist will primarily conduct evidence-based clinical assessment for patients (0 – 17 years) with suspected NDDs. A small portion of time will be dedicated to administering research assessments either through the MIND Institute IDDRC Clinical Translational Core or through a faculty member’s research grant. Opportunities for supervision and training are available based on candidates’ experience and interests.

Preferred 2+ years of experience providing cognitive and psychological assessments, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient/family education. Proficiency in the administration and scoring of the Autism Diagnostic Observations Scheduled, Second Edition (ADOS-2), as well as cognitive, psychological, and neuropsychological assessment tools commonly used with pediatric populations. 

Treatment Responsibilities:

The psychologist will provide clinical support for our Social Skills Group Training program. Additional individual and group therapy responsibilities are determined based on interest and expertise.

• Social Skills Groups - The psychologist will co-lead evidenced based social skills group training for children, adolescents, and young adults with ASD and other neurodevelopmental concerns.

Experience with social skills training in a group setting is a plus.

• Individual and Group Treatment for Anxiety - The psychologist may join the MIND anxiety treatment team and conduct assessments focused on differential diagnosis of anxiety disorders, provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) based on exposure/response prevention (EX/RP) for youth from toddlerhood through age 17, provide 1:1 supervision to intern and postdoctoral level trainees in the provision of CBT, and provide training and workshops to community providers and educators regarding the use of CBT strategies for youth with autism. In addition to individual therapy, the psychologist has opportunities to lead/co-lead a 14-week anxiety therapy group utilizing the Facing Your Fears program. Clinical care will focus primarily on youth with NDDs with anxiety but also includes typically developing patients.

Preferred 2+ years of experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety, including EX/RP, to youth with and without autism. Preferred relevant experience in the provision of workshops/trainings/supervision to providers and educators related to applying CBT to young individuals affected by autism.

General Requirements: 

Ideal candidates will have experience in both clinical assessment and CBT anxiety treatment; however, candidates with either type of experience will be considered and are strongly encouraged to apply.   Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA/CPA accredited program, have completed a pre-doctoral internship and postdoctoral residency in related field. Must be licensed in the state of California upon starting the position.

Postdoctoral Fellowship - Early Childhood - Nemours Hospital, Delaware

The Division of Behavioral Health at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware has an opening for a postdoctoral fellowship with Emphasis in Early Childhood  beginning August or September 2022.

This fellowship position includes:

• Assessment of autism spectrum disorder through the State of Delaware early intervention program Child Development Watch (children with developmental delays ages birth to three). Under the supervision of a psychologist, the fellow will spend one day per week completing autism-specific assessment for children 0-3 years of age through CDW. Additionally, this position provides the opportunity to work closely with the CDW team throughout the process.

• Comprehensive psychological testing for children birth to six and developmental assessments for children at high risk for developmental disabilities including NICU graduates (NICU Follow Up Program) and those with a history of craniosynostenosis.

• Interdisciplinary feeding clinic. This clinic provides the opportunity to work with other medical providers during consultations for children presenting with chronic feeding difficulties, often in the context of complex medical histories. Additionally, the fellow will gain experience in providing behavioral feeding consultations and therapy.

• LEND Training. The Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) fellowship program is an interdisciplinary training program for healthcare professionals and family members of children with chronic developmental conditions. Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware and the University of Delaware, along with other community organizations, have partnered together to develop unique didactic, training, and clinical experiences to create leaders in systems delivery for children with special needs and their families. The program will include specialized didactics, interdisciplinary clinical opportunities in both the medical field and in the community, partnership with families, and a capstone research project. LEND fellows will spend one day a week dedicated to LEND activities. LEND is supported by a grant from the Maternal Child Health Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. There are more than 40 LEND programs in the United States, and this is the first LEND program in Delaware.

This position is open to graduates from American Psychological Association-approved doctoral programs who will have completed their internship training and all degree requirements by the start of fellowship.

The UC Davis ReCHARGE (Revisiting Childhood Autism Risks from Genetics and the Environment) project is seeking applicants with training in epidemiology, and/or developmental psychology or clinical child psychopathology to participate in the NIH-funded Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO) project at UC Davis. The overall project is directed by Irva Hertz-Picciotto, Ph.D. with co-Principal Investigators, Julie Schweitzer, Ph.D. and Deborah Bennett, Ph.D. The fellow will be directly supervised by Drs. Julie Schweitzer and Marjorie Solomon.

This UC Davis ECHO ReCHARGE Study evaluates a cohort of children last seen at ages 2-5 years (baseline) to determine environmental chemical and non-chemical stressors and resiliency factors that are associated with neurodevelopmental outcomes at ages 8-12 years and 13-19 years. This project leverages the resources of the CHARGE Study, which, includes three groups: children with autism, other developmental delays and typically developing children. These 3 groups will be examined for: attention deficit or hyperactivity/impulsivity symptoms; changes in cognitive or adaptive function; changes in severity and diagnosis; and symptoms of anxiety or depression.

This highly collaborative project involves psychologists, epidemiologists, environmental researchers, geneticists, pulmonologists and other researchers with expertise in studying the effects of the environment on neurodevelopment and child and adolescent health. The UC Davis team works collaboratively with 30+ other sites in the U.S. on the broader goals of the NIH ECHO project and thus the fellow will have an opportunity to learn from state-of-the-art research in child health from sites across the U.S. as well as learn about multi-site collaborations.

The primary exposures of interest are pesticides, metals, air pollution, phthalates, nutrients, neighborhood characteristics, and family factors. Additionally, three mechanistic studies will be conducted: an investigation of intergenerational epigenetic profiles; method development for metals analysis in dried blood spots; and sex specific associations of adrenal hormones with depressive symptoms. This project is unique in that it studies life course development in children with two different types of disabilities, and a novel model of adrenal hormone relationships with sex-specific affective disorders. The focus of the Post-Doctoral project will be related to data management and analysis, manuscript preparation, and publishing. Fellow’s with a background in developmental psychology will also have the role of ascertainment of psychological and neurodevelopmental functioning in the children and their parents. Trainees needing supervision hours to meet the requirements for clinical licensure will also have the opportunity to be supervised and accrue hours for psychology licensure.

We seek candidates with a strong research interest in epidemiology and childhood disorders such as Autism and ADHD. Ideal candidates would hold a PhD in epidemiology and/or clinical and developmental neuroscience. Qualified candidates with a clinical psychology background will have the option to perform assessment of children and adolescents with autism, other neurodevelopmental disorders, ADHD and emotional functioning. The individual will be housed at the UC Davis Medical Investigation of Neurodevelopment Disabilities (MIND) Institute, at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. The MIND Institute is a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary, parent-initiated biomedical research center founded in 1998.

Two-Year Postdoctoral Training in Pediatric Neuropsychology – Fall of 2022

The Portsmouth Neuropsychology Center (PNC), a private practice in Portsmouth, NH, has an opening for a Postdoctoral Fellow starting in the fall of 2022.  Portsmouth, which is located in the beautiful Seacoast region of New Hampshire one hour north of Boston, is well-known for its rich history, outdoor recreational opportunities, restaurants, strong schools, and cultural offerings.  The Portsmouth Neuropsychology Center has earned the reputation of providing the highest quality evaluation and treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults.  We have a highly collaborative team-based approach and collegial work environment. 

Training Overview

The training program provides extensive supervised experience in conducting neuropsychological evaluations in an outpatient private practice setting.  The resident’s clinical service will primarily focus on the evaluation of children, adolescents, and young adults.  There is also the opportunity to provide evaluations to older adults as well as provide psychotherapeutic services across the life span.  Our patient population is diverse and the resident will be exposed to a range of neurodevelopmental and acquired disorders, including Learning Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, TBI, and other psychiatric and neuromedical disorders.  Patients are generally referred from psychiatrists, neurologists, pediatricians, psychologists, and school professionals.  Residents are expected to conduct 2-3 evaluations per week.  Additionally, residents participate in educational team meetings and conduct school observations when needed.  Residents also participate in weekly case conference meetings and monthly staff meetings as well as structured training opportunities.  There will be opportunities for the resident to participate in community outreach.  The post-doctoral fellow opening is a two year position. 

Supervision 

At a minimum, the resident will receive 2 hours of direct supervision weekly.  There will also be informal supervision and peer mentorship available on a daily basis.  Supervision will focus on the process of neuropsychological evaluations, report-writing skills, providing effective feedback, special education law, and evidence-based psychotherapy.  Professional development is a focus of training and mentoring will be provided regarding private practice competency including models of private practice, business and marketing procedures, and billing issues.

Didactics

PNC residents will participate in a variety of didactic experiences that include training on specific tests/instruments/procedures, psychotherapy techniques, case conceptualization, and ethics.  In-house didactics and seminars include clinical staff meetings, case conferences, journal clubs, ethics and professional development, and formal presentations on neuropsychology/psychotherapy topics.  PNC also coordinates training with webinars

facilitated by experts in the field.  Didactic experiences are augmented with directed readings and can be tailored to the training needs and interests of the resident. 

Qualifications:

Candidates for the PNC postdoctoral residency must have completed all requirements for their doctoral degree prior to beginning the residency.  Applicants must have completed a pre-doctoral internship accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) or Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).  Candidates should have experience in pediatric neuropsychological evaluations.

Anticipated start date is flexible but likely to be September 6, 2022.

The Waisman Center at University of Wisconsin – Madison announces the availability of a psychology postdoctoral fellowship in developmental disabilities that will begin in 2022, with a flexible start date depending on availability and remote/in-person options.

The Waisman Center is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge about human development, developmental disabilities, and neurodegenerative diseases. The Waisman Center’s research entity encompasses laboratories for biomedical and behavioral research, a brain imaging center, and a clinical bio-manufacturing facility. In addition, the Waisman Center provides an array of services to people with developmental disabilities, offers numerous intervention, educational, and outreach programs to young children and their families, and trains scientists and clinicians who will serve our nation in the future. The Waisman Center is one of the centers in the country where three federally funded programs are co-located – an Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center (IDDRC), a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), and a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities training program (LEND).

We are offering a one-year postdoctoral fellowship position in psychology primarily assessment focused within an interdisciplinary outpatient setting for children referred for neurodevelopmental evaluations. The Fellow may also provide clinical intervention services and behavioral consultation for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and their families. Although autism spectrum disorder is a primary focus for the Fellowship, it also includes opportunities to work with children with other developmental disabilities who receive services at the Waisman Center. Fellows receive at least one hour per week of individual supervision from a qualified supervisor. The fellowship in intended to include opportunities to participate in ongoing formal training concerning the provision of interdisciplinary/interprofessional, family-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through the Wisconsin LEND program. The Fellow will also participate in research.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree in clinical, school, or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program and have completed an approved internship. Given the program’s clinical emphasis, training and experience in providing clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder, is required.

The Autism Spectrum Disorder and Developmental Disabilities track provides specialized training working with youth and their families focusing on early detection, differential diagnosis, and intervention for children with developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disorders, disruptive behavior disorders, Language Disorder, and less frequently, internalizing disorders. Focus is placed on evidence-based assessment to support differential diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. The position will include primarily outpatient clinical experiences, including the opportunity to become an integrated member on an interdisciplinary evaluation team at the JHACH Autism Center.  Inpatient consultation opportunities are available. Additional opportunities will include participating in interventions targeting core skill deficits using evidence-based approaches (e.g., behavioral parent training, group-based behavioral parent training, group-based social skills training).

The JHACH fellowship program provides opportunities for fellows to gain umbrella supervisory experiences with psychology interns for assessment and intervention. Fellows will participate in scheduled didactics, including Pediatric Grand Rounds, Inpatient Consultation Table Rounds, Supervision Seminar and a Professional Development series. There is an expectation for involvement in collaborative research, with goal of producing 1-2 scholarly works, whether a peer-reviewed paper, presentation at a national conference, or grant submission. Research requirement may be satisfied with approved proposal for program development.

The mission of the Department of Psychology at Nemours is “to improve well-being through quality behavioral health care, education, training and research in a collaborative, inclusive, and culturally responsive manner.” Nemours, as an enterprise, is committed to the D.R.I.V.E. Fellows who are bilingual Spanish-English will participate in biweekly bilingual supervision seminar with our Spanish-speaking faculty. In addition to clinical hours, fellows participate in didactic seminars spanning topics such as professional development, clinical supervision, research and scholarly inquiry, and hospital grand rounds. Fellows also have opportunities to supervise other psychology trainees from our psychology externship and internship programs. All fellows (except LEND program and FSS fellows) may choose to participate in research training. Research is mentored by faculty within the Center for Health Care Delivery Science, and one full day per week is set aside for these activities unless otherwise noted.

Applicants must have completed all degree requirements for their PhD/PsyD and a predoctoral internship from programs accredited by the American Psychological Association by September 2022. If the applicants’ degree is not conferred by this deadline, a letter from the graduate program’s Director of Clinical Training is sufficient. Job Summary: The successful applicants must be qualified by training and experience to teach both undergraduate and graduate level courses in general psychology, statistics, experimental psychology, and clinical/counseling psychology and/or cross-cultural psychology. Applicants with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or Industrial/Organizational Psychology are also highly encouraged to apply. They must also be qualified to mentor undergraduate and graduate level thesis projects. Participate in the formulation of course assignments, accreditation activities, and course and program assessments. Perform other essential departmental functions as assigned by the Department Chairperson.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The successful applicant will work with a diverse faculty and student body and is expected to teach 12 credit hours (or graduate equivalent) per semester, provide advising and research mentoring for undergraduate and graduate students and to serve on departmental and College committees.

• Prepare and teach College-approved courses in accordance with approved course descriptions and class schedules, including developing syllabi and reading lists and keeping each course taught complete and up to date.

• Perform research and publish in accordance with the requirements of a tenure track position.

• Respond to and work with multiple constituencies, including students, faculty and staff.

• Possess a proven ability to effectively work with a culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and students.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong Information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Minimum Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Clinical/Counseling, Cross-cultural, or Experimental Psychology from an accredited institution of higher education.

• Preference will be given to applicants who have prior experience in teaching upper-division undergraduate courses and who demonstrate a history of experience and proficiency in conducting research.

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is recruiting psychologists in the Child Development Center (CDC). The Child Development Center is an established interdisciplinary program designed to serve the needs of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorders.  The Child Development Center is part of Nationwide Children's Hospital Pediatric Behavioral Health program and collaborates within the Section of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. Our program is one of 20 sites within the Autism Speaks Autism Treatment Network, the Autism Intervention Research Network on Physical Health, the SFARI SPARK Clinical Site Network.  We  participate in a wide range of multi-site, externally funded clinical research projects.

 The Child Development Center is one of the most comprehensive and largest neurodevelopmental psychology departments in the country and is part of one of the largest Pediatric Behavioral Health units. We have new and expanded positions open for individuals who are interested in working in a multi-disciplinary setting focusing on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children referred for possible autism and other developmental delays and disabilities.  Our Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Psychologists work with Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians, Neurologists, Nurse Practitioners, Speech and Language Pathologists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Genetic Counselors, and GI specialists.  We have a large and diverse psychology faculty, an APPIC approved internship track, and a well-established post-doctoral fellowship program.  Our faculty also participates in graduate student training and development as well as medical education. 

 We are specifically looking for psychologists interested these areas:

1)    Implementing short-term, targeted evidence-based treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions.  

2)    Evidence based psychological testing for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions.  We are looking for a colleague interested in developing targeted assessments to re-evaluate progress and design treatment interventions for this population as well as participating in our established diagnostic assessment program.

4)    We are also seeking a position supporting our efforts to build autism evaluation services in Northwest Ohio in and around the Toledo, Ohio area.  This is a new initiative with opportunities to build programming and clinical care.

Candidates must possess a doctoral degree in psychology and be license eligible in Ohio. The completion of formal post-doctoral training is highly desirable.
