Outpatient Psychologist - Weill Cornell Medicine, White Plains, NY

Position: Clinical Psychologist (Outpatient)

Location: NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health, Center for Autism and the Developing Brain, White Plains, NY

Position Overview: The Department of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist for a faculty appointment at the Center for Autism and the Developing Brain (CADB), located on the campus of NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and also work on grant-funded research studies. Additional responsibilities include supervisory duties.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments for children and adolescents with suspected or confirmed Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Supervise trainees, including psychology technicians, postdoctoral psychology fellows, and psychiatry residents

• Provide training on assessment tools and treatment approaches utilized at CADB

• Carry out grant-funded research projects including development, study design, IRB submissions, data analysis, and publication of findings

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program • Licensed or license-eligible in New York State

• Demonstrated expertise in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, including administration of the ADOS-2

• Demonstrated involvement in psychological research studies or clinical trials

• Demonstrated expertise in administering neuropsychological assessments and academic testing measures, preferred

• Experience with REDCap software for data collection, preferred

Salary: Minimum/Maximum salary is $143,840.
